Preg Pool Rules

	The pool owner can choose between making the pool private and only accessible to those who know the pool's name or to display the pool's name on the Preg Pool online directory.
	Once a pool has been set up, the due date and pool closing date cannot be altered.
	Participants will guess on a baby's sex, birth weight and date.
	Each participant is allowed one guess per fee.
	Participants must pay a fee (through PayPal) to make their guess. The host determines the amount of the fee.
	If no guesses have been made within 30 days of establishing the pool, Preg Pool will automatically close the pool.
	Host can choose how the money raised by the pool will be divided between the winner and the mother. Preg Pool will always receive 10% of the total pool in order to cover administrative and processing fees.
	The mother and the winner of the pool will receive their money via email through a PayPal account. It is necessary for the Host to provide a valid email address for the mother in order for her to receive her portion of the pool.
	There is only one overall winner per pool who will be determined through scoring (outlined below).
	No more guesses can be entered after the pool closes. If the Host enters in the birth information before the official closing date, the pool automatically finishes.
	If the mother miscarries, all monies raised will go directly to her minus the 10% fee retained by PregPool.
	If the mother is carrying twins or multiples, the host can set up additional pools for each baby. Participants will have to pay per guess per baby.

Scoring. Points are awarded as follows:

	The player with the highest score wins the pool. Each player starts the pool with 1,000 points.
	Wrong Sex: -15 points.
	Wrong Date: -1 point per day.
	Wrong Weight: -0.5 point per ounce.
	In the event of a tie, the player with the highest score who entered their guess first will be declared the winner of the pool.
